How important is Corporate Social Responsibility?

This module overviews the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Analysis View which provides a deeper dive into CSR performance, particularly because Corporate Social Responsibility is becoming increasingly important with young consumers. This CSR-dedicated workbook helps you further explore CSR performance and the brand implications, specifically it’s impact on young consumers' Purchase Intent.

The first section presents the actual relationship (the R-squared values) between Net Purchase Intent (NPI) and the CSR diagnostics for brands and industries. The rest of the view is geared towards understanding top CSR performers across the platform and tracking CSR performance over time for your brand and your competitors.

The new CSR diagnostics and dimension score were added to the YPulse brand survey in March of 2020.
